Hi, my name is Jim McFadden and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have three amazing kids, Joshua, Alex and Ava. Most importantly, I have a really HOT wife - Jennifer McFadden.....Oh yeah, She's a nurse too! Yes, I hit the jackpot!

Currently, I am looking for the next big adventure. Due to COVID-19, my career has taken a new turn and I'm excited to see what lies ahead. My gift involves telling it to people straight and I get the job done. Not only am I good at what I do, I also train and the people I train either learn from me or hate me. I'm not the guy you hire if you want someone nice, I'm the guy you hire when you want something done.
In 2009, I moved to Las Vegas with my wife and my two kids. It was a big change, but we were ready. I left behind the auto dealership life and started something brand new. I didn't know what yet, but I knew we needed a change and my absolutely amazing wife left everything behind and came with me.
I studied hard and I got my realtor's license and I joined Wyndham. I worked hard and before long, I was their top sales guy. I opened up new locations all over the states. In 2011, my youngest daughter, Ava, was born and everything changed all over again - it got better. Then in 2015, I got the opportunity to open up a new resort in Hawaii. My wife and my kids picked up again and we all moved to O'ahu - one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Along the way, we picked up a rescue dog named Dash and now he's a permanent part of our family. While in Hawaii, we moved houses 5 times and my wife and kids were extremely supportive.
Finally, in 2017, after an amazing 2 years in Hawaii, my career and our lives made a pivot and we decided to settle in Scottsdale, AZ. I have no idea where life will take us next, but I'm excited to find out and I'm always waiting for the next big adventure.

Jennifer is my rock. She is the most amazing and intelligent woman and she is perfect for me. She puts up with a lot....I mean A LOT! She is extremely smart and is currently working as a Registered Nurse at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. She also runs her own business as a Level III Executive Consultant for Rodan + Fields. Nothing about her is ordinary and I love her more than words can describe.
